Shipping arrangements for most purchases are pretty straightforward. Once your order has been received and payment confirmed we will process and despatch your goods without delay. (Usually the same day. You will receive an email from us confirming the despatch.
However, occasionally we will experience a hiccup. If this should occur we will contact you and advise of any pending delay or request further information from you regarding the delivery.
For local deliveries: If you have not received delivery within 5 days of despatch please notify us so we can follow up with the courier/postal company We can initiate a claim in the event a parcel is lost. If no notification is received within this time the parcel will be deemed to have been received .However should you contact us we will be happy to supply you with a trackiing number to enable you to initiate a parcel enquiry yourself.
For overseas deliveries: You will be notified when your goods are despatched and will be given a time frame in which to expect delivery. Please notify us immediately if your parcel is not received within this time frame, so we can follow up with the freight company. If no notification is received within 3 days of the end of the time frame your parcel will be deemed to have been received and no claims will be entered into.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase and that everything about your shopping experience with us rocks. But if that's not the case, let us know — we're happy to accept returns of most products if you wish to exchange for a different size or another product.
Here's the deal:
- Please contact us first to request return authorization.
- Be sure to include your Order Number and the details of the product you wish to send back.
- You'll receive a reply with instructions on where to send the goods and will be supplied with an authorisation number.
- We suggest using a track & trace shipping service for returning items to us, as you are responsible for the items arriving back to our store safe and sound.
- For hygiene reasons briefs cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever.
- For everything else,we have a 7 day notification policy, so return requests must be made no more than 7 calendar days after the original delivery date.
- Items should be in new condition and in their original packaging and complete with tags (if applicable).
- For exchanges, we charge actual shipping cost in lieu of a re-stocking fee. If we do not have anything suitable for you at the time of the return we will issue you with a store credit that can be used at a later date.
- Store credits expire after one year.
The right to return the goods to us will not apply if:
- i) the product has been used
- ii) the tags have been removed
- iii) the product/s have been customised or specifically made for you
PLEASE REMEMBER Please do not send items back without submitting a return request and receiving instructions.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT WE HAVE SUPPLIED TO YOU IS FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY AND WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY A REPLACEMENT AND YOU RESERVE YOUR RIGHT NOT TO TAKE AN ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT IN EXCHANGE.
